This is page outlines all the formal in's and out's of buying from Art Rabble. We are a small and friendly social enterprise, we want you to love your artwork and enjoy supporting our artists. Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation and are designed to ensure that our customers can shop easily and with confidence at art-rabble.org.
These terms and conditions apply to all sales placed either online or by telephone.
All prices are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but we will only alter the price after we have confirmed your order, if it is to your benefit.
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products we cannot always cancel an order once it has been placed. We recommend that you get in touch as soon as possible and if it is within 12 hours of the order being placed, and the order has not yet gone into production, we will do everything we can to halt the production.
Art Rabble’s cancellations policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products we cannot offer refunds on products sold. This is because they are custom made products and as soon as they go into production they incur cost to us. The artist is also paid their commission upon the conclusion of a sale on the website.
If your products are defective in any way, please refer to our Faulty Goods policy.
If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of delivery the goods may be returned for either refund in full, or replacement. Replacement only is offered after 28 days and before 12 months. In all queries relating to faulty goods we require customers provide photographic evidence so we can investigate the issue. These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
All goods are examined in detail prior to dispatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.
If an order that has been shipped does not arrive with you within the recommended shipping time, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and we will look into this for you. We do have to allow the carrier reasonable time to deliver your order, however after this time has passed we will issue a reprint and dispatch replacements if they are deemed to be lost in transit. Please note we have to be made aware of any orders not received within 28 days of the order being shipped.
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that we do not file copies of customer contracts.
