Collection: Summer Fleming
The art group, Artbox, first introduced Summer to art. Since then she has developed a keen artistic interest in mythological creatures, especially the elusive mermaid and unicorn. Summer has autism and has not always found the world to be welcoming to her, the worlds she creates in her artwork are a million miles from this. They are open, inviting and safe. Summer spends much time capturing the textures of the animals and birds she creates, enjoying being immersed in the detail and free to let her imagination run wild.
Summer loves to be in the middle of the fray, enjoying the busy and noisier areas in the Artbox studio and listening to music when painting at home. Summer considers it an honour that someone would want her work in their home. She is keen to spend the money from her prints on new materials but would also like to start riding horses again and so this would help enable this.

Art Rabble Christmas Cards
We all want to do our bit to help others at Christmas and buying charity Christmas cards is a great way to do this. However, not all "charity" cards are as generous as others. Many popular supermarket cards contribute only a fraction of their proceeds to charity. At Art Rabble, we try to give as much as we possibly can back to our artists; currently this is 50p out of every £3. We do this because we want disabled artists to be paid generously for their skills and effort.
We would like to pay our artists a larger amount but while major retailers benefit from economies of scale, for us small print runs are costly and delivery (as a percentage of sale value) is high. However, with the continued support of our lovely customers, we hope we can increase volume over time, therefore lowering our costs.
